On March 4, 2011, the 2011 China Jinan Solar Energy Utilization Conference and Exhibition, hosted by the Shandong Provincial Government and undertaken by the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, opened at Jinan Sungen International Convention and Exhibition Center.
